Empowering Youth in Job Creation is more than an organization—we're a movement dedicated to transforming lives through education, skills, and opportunity.
Our Story
Founded in 2024, EYJC was born from a simple yet powerful vision: every young person deserves access to quality education and meaningful employment opportunities. We saw the gap between education and employment, and we decided to bridge it.
What started as a small community initiative has grown into a comprehensive organization serving over 500 youth across 15+ communities. Our holistic approach combines skills training, entrepreneurship development, mentorship, and direct job placement to ensure sustainable impact.
Today, we're proud to have helped hundreds of young people secure employment, start successful businesses, and become contributing members of their communities.

Our mission is realized through clear objectives and impactful activities that empower Rwandan youth for a brighter future.
Core Objectives
- Inspire youth about job creation and empowerment
- Improve life conditions for youth in Rwanda
- Promote unity, self-confidence, and Rwandan values
- Support youth in accessing job opportunities and economic activities
Key Activities
- Help youth understand and create jobs
- Empower youth for job creation and entrepreneurship
- Unite youth for training in job creation and technical/vocational skills
- Promote self-confidence and Rwandan traditions (values)
- Find new job opportunities and support economic development
- Prevent diseases (HIV/AIDS, other illnesses, and drug abuse)
- Support small enterprise management and employment creation
- Assist youth graduates in technical and vocational fields
- Raise awareness on family planning and prevention of unwanted pregnancy
- Show youth opportunities for joining banks and microfinance institutions
- Assist youth in accessing finance, funds, and grants
